Literally the most nothing week ever, BUT I did get my first ever Hello Fresh delivery.

It was so nice to not have to worry about what I was going to be cooking. I didn't love it quite enough to pay for it on a regular basis, given that mine and Harvey's lifestyle means we don't always sit down to eat together, or have that much time to cook, but I would recommend trying it out if you've not done so before. If you google it, you can usually find discounts online - I got my first box for free as my friend Lindsey had a code, but I know they often do 50% off codes (maybe even on their own website?).

At the end of the week, it was my Grandad's birthday and he had booked himself a Caravan holiday in sunny(?) Norfolk so we drove up to Sheringham for a surprise visit. We headed into Holt, bought fish and chips from a Chip shop my Grandad used to frequent in his days as a delivery driver, and then had a couple of glasses of wine at the pub. Nothing particularly special, but it was a great evening nonetheless.

That leaves Saturday, and that huge tree at the bottom of our garden was finally cut down. I feel bad that we cut such an old tree down, but the change to the light in our garden is unreal. Swings and roundabouts?
